Nathan received his Bachelor of Arts in 2007 from Biola University. In 2014, he graduated from the Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, and was admitted to the California State Bar. After his first year of law school, Nathan was given the opportunity to work as an intern for the Law Offices of Harmon and Harmon, and the Law Offices of Grech and Firetag, where he grew to understand that all people, no matter what charges they face, deserve an attorney that will fight for them. After his second year of law school, Nathan participated in an externship program with the Riverside County District Attorney's office. After graduation, Nathan volunteered as an intern with the Riverside County Public Defender's office.
After being admitted to the California State Bar, Nathan joined the Law Office of Rajan Maline, where he assisted in two separate felony trials, as well as managed cases throughout Southern California, in courthouses spanning from Joshua Tree to Los Angeles, on matters ranging from simple speeding tickets to attempted murders. In July of 2015, he started his own practice, where he continues to fight for the best possible outcome for each of his clients.
